The tread/sidewall cooling production line is used in the tire manufacturing industry for extruded continuous treads, sidewalls, bead apexes, cushion gums, etc., including shrinkage, weighing, centering, rubber sheet application, cooling, cutting, and collecting. High-temperature products are cooled to room temperature by cooling methods such as spraying and immersion.

Product features: Different functional segmented modular structures are used to achieve high-efficiency production of specific products. Different cooling lengths can be selected according to different product cross-sections. One-layer, two-layer, three-layer, and other cooling line configurations can be used to reduce floor space. The cooling line can realize automated continuous production with high efficiency.
Tread and Sidewall Cooling Production Line
The tread/sidewall composite extrusion tandem production line consists of two parts: the main machine and the auxiliary line. The main machine is composed of two or three pin-type cold-feed extruders and is equipped with a hydraulic automatic composite tread/sidewall extrusion head, realizing one-pass composite extrusion forming of several different rubber compounds in the head. Because the screw and head adopt a special mechanism and unique technical parameters, the extruded tread/sidewall has high density, good plasticization and mixing effect, accurate and stable cross-section dimensions, and a smooth surface. By selecting different heads and screw parameters, it can be used for tread, sidewall, and composite extrusion of various specifications of OTR tires, radial tires, and bias tires.
