Kneader mixer also called dispersion pressure mixer , is the key equipment for the compounding of rubber and plastics industry. It is used for the plasticizing, mixing, and final mixing of rubber, plastics, and rubber-plastic mixtures. It is characterized by uniform mixing, stable quality, compact structure, convenient installation, simple operation, and reliable performance .

Structural Features:

1. Installed on the ground level , cover small area , compact structure.

2. Easy discharge : Tilting type discharge, suitable for factories with limited space, or low Mooney density, or frequent formula changes, or colored rubber compounds; easy to clean the mixing chamber, quick color changes, minimal residue, suitable for small-batch, multi-variety rubber compound production.

3. Excellent sealing effect, using an optimized end-face sealing structure .

4. Wear-resistant alloy and chrome plating are welded onto the mixing chamber, rotor, and other parts in contact with the rubber compound.

5. With hardened gearbox reducer, ensuring smooth transmission, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life.

6. Multiple configurations available: Double-cylinder hydraulic ram, variable speed, dust collector, top weighing system interface, HMI formula function for MES/SCADA system integration, automated control.
