Rubber Batch off Cooling is used to rapidly cool high-temperature rubber sheets after mixing and sheeting, while simultaneously performing anti-sticking and shaping treatments, facilitating subsequent cutting, stacking, and storage. It is one of the key equipment in rubber processing. It is used in the production of rubber products such as tires, conveyor belts, rubber hoses, and seals, and is suitable for the cooling requirements of various rubber sheets, including masterbatch and final compound.

Rubber Batch off Cooling is a device for cooling rubber sheets extruded by a sheeting machine from masticated rubber or mixed compound. The main process equipment consists of an anti-tack agent coating device, a clamping elevating conveyor belt, a hanging rubber cooling conveyor device, a cutter and stacking device, a transmission device, and a control system. The anti-tack agent coating device has two methods: immersion and spraying. The cutter and stacking device has two forms: swing-type continuous rubber folding and cut-sheet stacking.
