Product Introduction
Intermeshing type Kneader
The intermeshing type kneader is the core equipment for rubber and plastic mixing. It is used for closed pressurized mixing and mastication of rubber, plastics, and rubber-plastic blends, so that the rubber is uniformly dispersed through shearing, convection, and stirring, and the penetration degree meets the index requirements. It features high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving, and intelligence. It is widely used in various rubber products such as tires, conveyor belts, transmission belts, rubber hoses, seals, automotive shock absorbers, bridge bearings, rubber sheets, cables, rubber shoes, shoe soles, medical rubber stoppers, aerospace, rail transit, and automotive rubber parts.
Wider Material Adaptability:
Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM, rubber-plastic blends, modified plastics, and foaming materials can all be produced stably, with strong versatility. It is particularly suitable for materials that are highly temperature-sensitive or difficult to disperse.
Intermeshing Rotor
It is suitable for difficult-to-mix and temperature-sensitive rubber compounds, and can reduce the number of stages to ensure production capacity.
The space between the two rotors is small, and the filling coefficient is smaller than that of the tangential type.
The rotor cooling surface area is large, and forced circulation cooling is adopted.
The two rotors rotate at the same speed, relying on the gap intermeshing and squeezing of the two rotors to promote the axial flow of the rubber compound.
Product Features: Closed mixing structure, low temperature rise, precise temperature control, durable structure, long service life, intelligent operation and data management.
Advantages: Low mixing temperature, less heat generation, suitable for mixing temperature-sensitive rubber compounds such as silica, excellent dispersibility, uniform distribution of carbon black and compounding agents after mixing; strong adaptability, suitable for mixing hard rubber compounds or those with poor thermal conductivity.
