Inner Liner Production Line by Extrusion-Calendering Method

The extrusion-calendering inner liner production line is dedicated equipment for radial tire inner liner production. It is mainly used for extrusion, calendering, edge trimming, cooling, unwinding, lamination, fixed-length cutting, and winding of inner liners and thin rubber sheets for all-steel truck radial tires. It can produce either single air barrier components or composite dual air barrier components.

Equipment features: This production line uses calendering to produce inner liners and thin rubber sheets. Different production processes can be set according to different product properties. Cord fabric unit: dual-station unwinding saves material change time and improves work efficiency. The fabric accumulator is equipped with an electrical speed control device to keep the unwinding speed coordinated with the calendering speed, preventing the cord fabric from stretching and deformation. The products have high precision, good density, uniform thickness, and product temperature below 100°C.
