The wide-width extrusion calender is mainly used for the extrusion of high-quality wide rubber products. It is particularly suitable for rubber conveyor belt products and can ensure continuous and stable cross-sectional dimensional tolerances of the products.

The main feature of this equipment is that the rubber compound passes through a pin-type cold-feed extruder with high quality, high output, high efficiency, and energy saving, as well as a new type of roller head, directly extruding rubber sheet products of various specifications with a width of 2500mm and a thickness of 0.6~10mm. The extruded products have good plasticization effect and good air tightness, thoroughly eliminating the disadvantage of poor air tightness in the calendering production process caused by the difficulty in removing air bubbles from accumulated rubber compound. Moreover, it has high production efficiency, saves energy, and greatly reduces production costs. On the other hand, this equipment can directly carry out the hot lamination production process, which is a new production process in tire product manufacturing at home and abroad. The use of this equipment replaces traditional rubber sheet production process equipment, saves a large amount of equipment investment, significantly reduces energy consumption, and at the same time greatly improves product quality. It is currently a replacement product in rubber sheet production process equipment.
