Double Screw Extruding Sheeter

It is used for automatic sheeting after rubber and rubber-plastic mixing. The rubber compound discharged from the internal mixer is continuously extruded into sheets through a twin-screw extruder, replacing the traditional open mill. It is an automated production line with 2-3 times higher capacity and stable quality.

1. High degree of automation: Replaces the open mill for automatic sheeting, requires no manual operation, features online monitoring and automatic gap adjustment.

2. High quality of mixed rubber: The double-conical fully intermeshing screw ensures the compactness of the rubber compound, uniform mixing of the rubber compound, and good dispersion of sulfur.
   Environmental protection: The rubber compound mixed by the internal mixer is automatically put into the twin-screw extruder when the discharge door is opened. The enclosed extrusion is more environmentally friendly.
