Dual-compound Extruder Production Line

This machine is mainly used for the compound extrusion of all-steel radial tire treads. It is mainly composed of a hot-feed extruder, a pin-type cold-feed extruder, a hydraulic compound head, etc. Each temperature control point has independent temperature control with fast adjustment and high precision, ensuring rubber compound quality. The barrel, screw, and head flow channels adopt special processes to ensure high strength, wear resistance, and long service life. The dual-compound pin-type cold-feed extruder unit is mainly used for the continuous extrusion of components such as treads, sidewalls, and bead apexes for semi-steel radial tires, all-steel truck radial tires, bias tires, and off-the-road radial tires. According to the different performance requirements of various parts of the tire tread and other components, the unit can select rubber compounds with different formulas, and compound various specifications of radial tire components in the compound head through two pin-type cold-feed extruders of different specifications.
